I’ve spent the last few weeks pre-occupied with “doing what I love, and doing it often”, per the manifesto below. I thought it appropriate to share this with you, because it also helps me break the cycle of not updating my blog.
The great news is that the workout programs we’ve all been “enjoying” in class, and in your 1-on-1 training sessions with me are in the process of screening, for select exercises that will be shared via video.
