Train With DELF

Note the technique in this kettlebell pick-up move

You deserve results that are based on your specific lifestyle preferences, schedule, and related needs.

Working with me 1-on-1 gives you attention to detail unlike anything you’ve experienced with other trainers. My work combines movement & exercise science, with a trained eye toward fine-tuning your technique.

The outcome? An effective workout that’s unique to your profile.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Fill out the personal profile form completely.

This step may take 5-10 minutes, so make sure not to rush through it. The more complete information you give me, the more I can tailor your program to your needs.

STEP 2: We meet either online or in person, to discuss.

The goal of this meeting is to get more details on your profile specifics, and most importantly, go over your NUTRITION plan, which will be key to the success of your workout program. This is also the meeting where you pre-pay for your training program.

STEP 3: We meet in person to take measurements, pictures, and do a movement analysis-slash-workout.

We measure your weight, body fat (bio impedance and skinfold), key girth measurements (abs, waist, hips, and your requested problem areas), and your submaximal cardio capacity. We also take photos. Note that a number of clients refuse photos and/or measurements, opting instead just to train, and judge by how their clothes fit or how they feel. It is all up to you.

STEP 4: We train, while keeping track of your nutrition via app check-in.

If you’re a smartphone user, we check in on your nutrition, cardio, and corrective exercise homework via specific smartphone applications.

STEP 5: We check-in with your progress after 8-12 weeks.

Program changes will be determined by your results at this check-in, to make sure we are always on a path of progression.

Get empowered by our work together, and be on the way to training smarter, not just harder. Most of my clients turn into self-made athletes and fitness fans, taking

Pistol Squat, assisted by the TRX suspension system.

classes on their own, or progressing to new sports/activities as part of their new lifestyle.
