In general, I’m most requested by clients that used to work with other trainers, who need a new or fresh take on how to reach their goals. Also, with my personal experience of having had L4-5 microdiskectomy, I attract clients that want to keep fit, despite back issues or injuries.
Most of my clients want to look fit, even slim, while staying healthy. My training improves not only one’s look, but more so one’s athletic and metabolic capability, such that the fit/athletic/slim look and improved health is a given bonus.
This is accomplished first, with an overall assessment of the client’s profile, and lifestyle preferences. Then, I observe the client’s movement ability and overall fitness capacity. From here, I create the daily and weekly programs, with changes made according to how the client progresses. Past clients will attest to how often the programs change, and how the only thing constant, is the sense of challenge & change.
This process seems deceptively simple, but it takes a trained coach with the proper scientific background and experienced eye to do it well. This means reaching your goals without causing injury while ensuring optimum development and results.
WHO I TRAIN
My portfolio includes Oscar winners (both in front of, and behind the camera), prominent names in the fashion industry, and people whose names and faces you would recognize from Emmy-winning TV shows.
This is Los Angeles, after all. The TV/movie people live, eat, sleep, and play here.
These clients are no different from the executives, mothers, and students that I train, except for the difference in timeline/goals as dictated by their project and their work/travel schedule.
I respect client privacy, and assume that confidentiality is expected. For this reason, I don’t mention specific names.
Your needs as a client are most important to me: as in how can we work together toward your goals, given any constraints/limits as imposed by schedule, lifestyle, or deadline.
WHERE I TRAIN
Many clients have a gym space in their home. Some of them, I’ve personally outfitted with cardio and strength equipment that I know will work with their preferences. I help clients in selection, purchase, and even delivery and installation, because that’s part of my VIP concierge service.
Clients without a private space in their home train in public parks and privately owned gyms that allow non-staff trainers to work with their members.
This “concierge” approach is in place for your convenience, allowing focus on what’s most important: the execution and success of your fitness program.
HOW I TRAIN

There is a SCIENCE and ART to customized and effective fitness coaching. No reputable fitness professional will ever dispute that.
There is exercise science, biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, movement sciences, and all such related data by which I work. I combine this with my multiple years of experience in observing and correcting movement patterns of clients.
Because each client differs in profile, I work on an extremely individualized basis, no matter how similar two clients may seem. My years of working hands-on with my own clients, and working with trainers on how to better evaluate and observe their clients has brought me to my current methodology. It’s one that accommodates your specific movement and lifestyle profile, addressing objective needs while keeping a keen, eye on your unique specifications. This is what makes my coaching special.
